(MSc / MS) Public Policy

I applied by the December 15th deadline.
I received a package in the mail on May 3rd of this year with the acceptance notification. The next day I received an email that indicated that my portal had been updated with this information as well.
However, I did not receive any information about funding.

Accepted with full tuition waiver for 10 credits per semester plus fellowship from the department of $361 per credit up to 10 credits per term. I'm an international student so I'll still have to pay a couple thousand dollars.
